MARKETING OFFICE | 10200 SQ.FT | ONGOING | BENGALURU, KARNATAKA

Rooted in Rhythm is a marketing office designed as a calm, biophilic workplace where architecture and landscape come together through a simple, elemental palette. A circular water feature with an aquatic landscape forms the heart of the workplace. A large circular skylight draws daylight into the interior. Together, water, landscape and light create a moment of pause and reflection. The spaces are organised around this central experience.
The material palette is minimal, drawing from the tactile character of Indian stone flooring, textured walls and minimal furniture. Rather than layering the interiors with excessive detail, the design allows material, light, water and landscape to become the primary elements of expression. Each element is allowed to retain its own character. Together, they create a quietly immersive and cohesive environment
Changing patterns of light and shadow animate the central landscape through the day. The geometry of the skylight and water feature establishes a rhythm within the built form. This recurring geometry creates visual continuity and a strong sense of orientation. Daylight becomes an active element, constantly transforming the character of the space. The result is an environment that feels connected to the natural rhythms outside.
The workplace is conceived as a sequence of experiences from the openness of the central landscape to focused workspaces. Natural elements establish a sensory connection with the outdoors. Earthy detailing keeps the environment calm while supporting the pace of work. The spaces encourage moments of pause, interaction and concentration. It is a workplace that is as restorative as it is productive, where nature becomes part of the rhythm of work.
