APARTMENT INTERIOR | 1500 SQ.FT | COMPLETED | BENGALURU, KARNATAKA
Hued Home is a contemporary apartment designed for a young family. Conceived as a calm yet character-rich home, the project explores how colour, materiality and art can shape everyday living. Rather than relying on bold gestures, the design uses subtle tonal variations and tactile materials. Curated artworks add warmth and individuality to the interiors. Together, these elements create a home that feels familiar, personal and quietly expressive.
Colour is introduced with intention rather than excess, creating distinct atmospheres across the apartment. Gentle pastels, muted blues, rich cherry reds and soft pinks bring individuality to different spaces. A consistent palette of warm wood, textured finishes and layered lighting ties the interiors together. Private spaces reflect the personalities of their occupants while maintaining visual continuity.
The apartment is organised around an open living and dining space that forms the social heart of the home. Natural light and generous openings create a sense of openness and ease. A restrained material palette provides a calm backdrop for colour and artwork to unfold. Rather than functioning as decoration, these elements become integral to the spatial experience. Each layer adds depth, character and a unique identity to the home.
Through a strategic balance of colour, light, materiality and spatial planning, Hued Home transforms an urban apartment into a warm and considered living environment. Every element is selected to support both function and emotional connection. The restrained approach allows the home to feel contemporary without becoming transient. Ultimately, the project celebrates everyday living through thoughtful, enduring design.
